Overrunz International Inc. Founded in Canada in 2001 is a wholesale distributor of "Opportunity Buys", overstock, surplus and excess inventory primarily to retail organizations and marketing / promotions companies for premiums and incentives.
Our Mission is scour the globe for true opportunities in brand name "NEW" Merchandise from wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers, that are in a position to reduce their inventory levels at a low or no margin basis and often even at a loss.
The inventories we purchase are primarily Brand new with full manufacturer's warranty and are retail ready. The inventories are typically a result of Massive retail orders that have been cancelled, cut back or put on hold. Often times we purchase inventory from distributors who have ordered too much and not sold through their current stock.
Overrunz is not an on-line retail organization. Overrunz provides retailers with true "opportunity buys" in large quantities to provide an edge for the retailer over their competitor, which may not otherwise be attainable through traditional channels of distribution.
Overrunz will honor all manufacturer warranties on all the product offered and are extremely diligent in making absolutely certain that we comply with all retail regulations in regions to which the product is being shipped.
Overrunz provides return authorization, unless otherwise stipulated in the purchase order to all corporate and retail clients selling product to the end user.
When there is a true "Deal" to be had on some inventory, Overrunz has been known to purchase the lot and warehouse it until a great opportunity is found for the product to retail.
The Overrunz.com website is a landing pod for purchasing managers to easily obtain product samples, pictures and specs on product available.

The Website currently does not show pricing on the inventories we have available. The reason for this is so that our site is not used by "shoppers and tire kickers" as a means of comparison only. We take pride in providing our customers with a professional, and discreet buying experience to help harvest and cultivate long-term relationships.

Tom Rosicki President and founder of Overrunz International Inc. has been classified as a serial entreprenuer building and succeeding two prior companies to the founding of Overrunz International Inc.. Tom Rosicki is a Graduate of the Sheridan College School of Business and majored in Business Marketing and Law at Athabasca University.
